On Behalf of NFDA, Thank You, Last Responders!
You joined the funeral service profession because you are compassionate and caring, and at no other time in our history have these qualities been more important. During this time of the global pandemic, families are often faced with the loss of a loved one in isolation – unable to hold their hand or say goodbye. These families may be unable to articulate their wishes or even express how they want to remember those whom they’ve lost. As a funeral director, you anticipate their needs and help them see hope during a time that is shadowed by shock, sadness, grief, and uncertainty. You are appreciated more than you know.
To you, the last responders, we say thank you!
